Keap, a Chandler-based marketing and automation company, is hosting an entrepreneurship summit in November in downtown Phoenix to connect small businesses with resources.

Keap announced on Tuesday its Let’s Grow Summit will be held Nov. 8-10 at the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix. The event is returning to an in-person format after it was held virtually in 2022.

“Our mission is to empower small business entrepreneurs to grow their businesses but also their leadership skills, so they can positively impact their families and communities. We’ll offer them new ways to learn, network and build community at the Let’s Grow Summit,” Clate Mask, co-founder and CEO of Keap, said in a statement. “We believe that this event will help us deliver on our mission and give entrepreneurs the tools and insights they need to thrive.”

Keap’s Let’s Grow Summit — formerly known as the IKON conference — will focus on training attendees to “approach disruption head-on and become leaders in their industries,” according to a company announcement. It will feature an extensive curriculum with sessions on how to optimize customer lifestyle automation to fuel business growth and networking opportunities.

The keynote speaker for this year’s event is Aditi Sharma, principal for product operations and strategy at Google. His speech will cover the future of marketing for small businesses.

Other speakers include Donald Miller, CEO of Tennessee-based StoryBrand and Heidi Jannenga, chief clinical officer at Phoenix-based WebPT.

More than 300 people are expected to attend this year’s event, Devlyn Parsons, according to Keap’s event production manager.

Keap in 2006 launched its first IKON conference, which took place annually until 2017 when the company canceled the event. The conference returned as a dual track virtual and in-person event in 2021. It was held virtually in 2022.
