Involta’s Third Annual Cinco de Mayo Charity Golf Tournament Raises
Over $55,000 in Support of Parent Aid

TUCSON, Ariz. — May 6, 2024 — Involta, a Carlyle portfolio company and prominent national
provider of data center and cloud infrastructure and services, is proud to announce that its third
annual Cinco De Mayo Golf Tournament, in collaboration with Tucson’s technology networking
group Tech Nerds Unite, has raised $55,610 in donations for Parent Aid. This donation is the
golf tournament’s largest to date, exemplifying Involta’s commitment to giving back to the
communities it serves across the country.

This year’s golf tournament, hosted at Omni Tucson National Golf Resort, brought tech industry
and community leaders together for a day of friendly competition and networking, all for a good
cause. Since 2022, this Involta event has received generous contributions from golfers and
sponsors alike, culminating in significant donations to local Tucson nonprofits. Since the first
Involta Cinco de Mayo Golf Tournament, the event has raised in total nearly $123,000.

“We are extremely pleased to have the opportunity to give back and support families across the
Tucson community through our annual charity golf tournament,” says Brett Lindsey, CEO of
Involta. “Our Involta Cares program is a testament to our dedication to promoting positive
change in every community we engage with. Through this event and in partnership with other
valued community organizations, we remain committed to upholding Involta’s core values and
working towards creating a thriving community for all.”

A nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting families in overcoming challenges, Parent Aid
provides multiple programs, including Parent Partners In-Home, countless Community Parenting
Classes, Family Enrichment Workshops, and the Love Like a Dad program, the only program in
Tucson dedicated to developing more responsible and nurturing dads.

“We are thankful for Involta’s support of Parent Aid and amazed at the generosity of the Involta
team and the community that rallied around this event in support of local families,” said Allan
Stockellburg, Executive Director of Parent Aid. Events like this help us shine a positive light on
how our team strengthens our community, and they raise critical funds that help us advance our
mission.”

Involta’s Cinco de Mayo Golf Tournament is now one of several cornerstone events of Involta
Cares, the company’s long-standing philanthropic program reflecting its passion and
commitment to giving back and driving positive change across its vast network. The program is
dedicated to many initiatives, especially the advancement of women in technology, by
supporting several iWIT and Idaho Tech Gems events throughout the year. On a national level,
Involta Cares supports many organizations, including Girls, Inc. and the Women of the Channel
